North Harris Montgomery Community College District (NHMCCD) needed an organizational charting solution that would give its HR department – and others – quicker, easier access to more meaningful and actionable workforce information. The Solution

The college district chose OrgPublisher, a flexible, scalable visualization solution, because of its ability to leverage human resource information while saving significant time and money. OrgPublisher dramatically increased information visibility and access, using employee data from human resource and payroll systems and other data sources. With OrgPublisher, organizational charts, visual reports and corporate directories were automatically created and viewed using a standard Web browser. Thus the analysis and communication of employee data became much easier in daily human resource functions, as well as in strategic planning and evaluation by management.
