Cancellation Policy
On-Site Training
On-Site services are scheduled at least 21-days in advance of the session. Customers cancelling classes within 48 hours of the instructor's departure will be billed 50 percent for the cost of the course, as well as all penalties and losses for airfare and hotel reservations.
Instructor Led, Web Based Training
On-line courses are not refundable. Paid Enrollments may be rescheduled with no additional fee or penalty applied. No additional charge for a change in registered attendee.
Pre-recorded Training Events
Pre-recorded training events are viewable for 15 days within purchase. Fees are not refundable. A one-time extension of 15 days is offered upon request.
